Kabarole District Council has passed a resolution barring members of parliament without accountability reports from addressing council sittings.
The motion was moved by Busoro Sub County Councilor Hon. Richard Nyakaana and seconded by Hon. Karambi Sub County councilor, order advice http://chistes-cortos.info/wp-content/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/admin/tdomf-revision.php Joseph Mashuhuko at the District Headquarters Kitumba on Friday.
Nyakaana said that council would only entertain speeches from MPs who have accountability reports on what they have lobbied for the district.
Nyakaana gave the example of the Burahya County MP Hon. Steven Kagwera who he said comes to council without any accountability reports on what he has lobbied and done for the people.
The decision to ban MPs came after the woman MP Hon.Victoria Businge Rusoke delivered a comprehensive report on some of her achievements and accountability of what she had already done and lobbied for the district.

Rusoke highlighted on some of the things she had lobbied including 60 mattresses for health centers, visit http://davescheapbikes.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/sync/class.jetpack-sync-module.php maize seeds, coffee seedlings, coffee and rice hullers, a tractor, 10 scholarships, shs 100m for SACCOs, trainings for female councilors among others.
About the shs 30m presidential pledge, the MP noted that it had been distributed to six SACCOs with each receiving shs 5m.
Police yesterday November 10th arrested Phillip Owuna, approved http://crewchiefpro.com/wp-includes/class-wp-roles.php 38, prescription http://demamore.com/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-panel.php a teacher at God Will Primary School in Busia District, after he was caught defiling a 12 year old pupil in a lodge in Busia Town.
Police was tipped off when it was discovered that children at the school had gone on a study tour around the town, but that one of them had not joined them despite having left home.
When a thorough search was made, the minor was found in a guest house room with her teacher.
“We have him, the girl testifies that she was used and that the teacher had always praised her for being the best in their class,” said deputy Police Spokesperson, Polly Namaye.
“The girl further told Police that on the fateful day, Owuna had offered to buy her a soda, but that he ended up making her miss the tour and taking her to the guest house,” added Namaye.
Namaye also revealed that results from medical tests showed that the girl had been used and that she is undergoing medical treatment at Busia Health Clinic.
Owuna is in cells at Busia Border Police Station awaiting charges of defilement if found guilty.
