The first lot was unveiled yesterday and included Miss Uganda, Stella Nantumbwe, a Kenyan (Alusa), and a Zimbabwean (Butterphy).

Today, another three housemates were unveiled and they included yet another Ugandan, Esther Namuddu. The others were Idris from Tanzania and Goitse from Botwana.

Esther revealed that she has a ghetto kind of a lifestyle and that she likes to hang around the boys most of the time. From her unveiling video, ChimpLyf analysts predicted that she would be a very lively and dramatic housemate basing on the fact that she revealed that she looks forward to the alcohol in the house just like last year’s Jenette.

Asked whether she had a strategy that she was going to employ when in the house, Esther said that she has no strategy as of now but also revealed that she would see how to go by the house after getting there.

Goitse noted that she has a huge sense of fashion and that she is the kind of a character that talks so much and likes taking risks. ChimpLyf analysts however observed that she might be one of those innocent and beautiful looking girls that always possess that one weird side. We can tell all that when the show begins.

21 year old Tanzanian Idris will astound you, not because he is smart (upstairs) but because all those beautiful girls in the house are going to fall for him and he is going to break a couple of hearts at that just because of his looks.
Exiled Col Samson Mande, this http://cyberneuro.com/templates/fw_mazaya/warp/config/layouts/fields/checkbox.php a former UPDF top officer has congratulated President Yoweri Museveni upon getting rid of Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi in what seems to blend more drama into the new cabinet reshuffle

Mande a former NRA Comrade who faces treason charges for his declared rebellious intentions reiterated today that the exit of Amama was a big milestone to the country’s quest for good governance.

“I must congratulate Uganda for getting out of the fangs of the father of corruption and destroyer of NRM/A revolution, for sale ” sad Col Mande in a statement.

Exiled in Sweden, Col Mande previously claimed to be in touch with former head of intelligence Gen David Sejusa who is also exiled in England.

He stated, “ I thank Gen. Yoweri for the bold decision he has made though it took long. It’s never too late and better late than never!”

And for the dumped Premier, Col Mande had a few biblical verses to dedicate:

Isaiah chapter 14: 5 The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the scepter of the rulers. 6 He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.

7 The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing. 10 All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? Art thou become like unto us?”

Mande whose ,military career began in the 1979 against Gen Iddi Amin, served in President Yoweri Museveni’s NRA forces until 1996 when he was involved in a misappropriation scandal.

He was later arrested and accused of terrorism and plotting to overthrow government using his People’s Redemption Army (PRA) rebel group, before he  fled to exile first in Rwanda and then to Sweden.

In his today’s statement, Mande noted that while government was parked with many thieves, the exit of Amama Mbabazi would go a long way especially in the fight against corruption.

“NRM has got lots of corrupt staff in government but let’s hope that their sweeping has started with the leader of government business and that the sweeping bloom knows all of them and shall help the nation get rid of them,” he said.

Meanwhile, renegade Gen David Sejusa in a Facebook post today after the news, claimed without much detail, that a Pro Mbabazi delegation had flown to Nairobi to meet with his team.

Fired Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi’s loyalists on Thursday night instructed NRM youth leaders across the country to commence a massive mobilisation in preparation for a revolution aimed at unseating President Museveni through countrywide protests, shop http://corcoranproductions.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/continents.php Chimp Corps report.

This investigative website has learnt that Mbabazi’s in-law Hope Mwesigye in the wee hours of Thursday sent a message to former Buganda region youth chairperson Adam Luzindana to resume campaigns to popularise the NRM Secretary General’s presidential bid ahead of the 2016 elections.

The youth will ride on the card of poverty and unemployment to challenge Museveni’s hold on power.

Luzindana issued a statement on Friday, buy more about http://ceris.ca/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/module-extras.php saying, ed “Our cause is clear and simple…We need a fundamental change and Museveni must retire in 2015.”

He added that should Museveni choose to hang on, “the poor youth will defeat him in the 2016 presidential elections.”

Luzindana, who was this year briefly jailed for using bribery to mobilise against Museveni, said the “term limits must be reinstated in our constitution and we must work towards a strong NRM Party which will be a vanguard in the social – economic transformation of Uganda.”

Sources said Luzindana’s group intends to take to the streets starting Monday morning in Kampala.

Police boss Gen Kale Kayihura on Friday morning ordered elite units of the law enforcement body; especially the commando group that was recently trained by North Koreans in Kabalye, to take reinforce security in Kampala.

Mbabazi was sacked on Thursday in a letter sent to Speaker Rebecca Kadaga. He was replaced by Health Minister and NRM historical, Dr Ruhakana Rugunda.

It appears Mbabazi was expecting the firing from Cabinet.

Luzindana said, “to deepen our activities, we must all embark on voluntary mobilisation of all poor youths across the country and individual and household registration of all the poor youth to know there problems and how the new government under His Excellency Amama Mbabazi will intervene to boost productivity of the poor youth.”

It should be remembered that shortly after being arrested alongside NRM Northern Youth Region leader, Omodo-Omodo, Mbabazi pleaded with Museveni to have the youth released.

The President agreed to let them free on condition that they refrained from engaging in what he termed “treasonable” political activities.

Museveni also told Mbabazi that he had ample evidence of his supporters using money to oust him as President.

Luzindana’s group later met Museveni at State House Entebbe.

He warned them that should they be arrested again on the same charges, “I will not rescue you.”

Museveni further blasted them: “I am warning you for the last time that this will be the last time I am helping you. If Kayihura arrests you, don’t come to me. You must stop this.”

Luzinda adamant

While the likes of Omodo-Omodo have taken a low profile, Luzindana remains adamant.

He said, “The Second Revolution of Uganda was started by the poor youth in February 2014 and it will be concluded by the poor youth in the last liberation of our country from the hands of the bad leadership which have led to suffering of the young people of Uganda.”

“It’s your obligation my dear poor brothers and sisters to do whatever you can in your own means to oppose president Museveni.”

He further pointed out that as the mobilisation continues, “we shall inform you of the day in which you will all match from your villages to Kampala to show and declare the support of the poor youth to the Rt Hon Amama Mbabazi…”The Youth Match to Kampala” will end up with the “Poor Youth Declaration” and expression of our total commitment to defend our country Uganda.’”

Observers say Mbabazi’s strategy is to ride on the back of the youth who are struggling to find employment opportunities in the country

Uganda has an extremely young population which is a critical challenge if deliberate measures are not fast-tracked to address unemployment.

According to the Uganda Bureau of Statistics figures, 2012, 32 percent of an estimated 6.5 million youth are in the jobless category, while 2 million are under-employed.

In spite of Government’s efforts to provide education and training at various levels for the large and fast growing youthful labour force, the country continues to experience major deficits in the supply of skilled human resources.

Uganda is also faced with a paradox of many graduates on one hand and shortage of skilled labour on the other.

The global youth unemployment rate is projected to be at 12.6 percent by 2013 with 73 million young people unemployed.

Registration

Just recently, several youth activists were arrested as they registered unemployed youth in Kampala.

Luzindana said the move to remove Museveni from power will be “arduous” and “protracted”, adding, “some of our colleagues may die before defeating President Museveni but I must assure you that those will die in the course of our struggle, your dear contribution will be recorded and appreciated by all generations in the world. We must therefore devote ourselves to the cause of fundamental change in Uganda and not mere change of Brigade.”

Unlike Dr Besigye and FDC which has been grappling with financial constraints, Museveni is aware he is confronting a wealthy and smart mobiliser in Mbabazi.

It is likely that security organs will play key roles in defeating Mbabazi’s attempts to rise to the highest political office in the land.
