The interim order holds until December 16th 2015 when the court will hear and determine the main application challenging Katongole’s academic papers.

Court has also blocked NRM party from presenting Singh as the party flag bearer for Rubaga North until the petition filed by his opponent Brian Tindyebwa are resolved by Court.
