Could Idris be paving the way for himself in the birthday girl’s heart? Idris asked when she had come to the decision of wanting to settle down with somebody and Ellah said that she had been through situations that changed her mind about a lot of things.

Idris, who was known to have feelings for Goitse then, started humming Permithias’ Zulu song which praises and reveals feelings for a girl. Although Ellah may not have understood the lyrics, could it be that he was somehow speaking to her through the song?

Whether it is the addition of one full year to her age or something else that caused the reigning Miss Uganda to fret about her single status, we hope that she finds love soon and who knows, it could be in Biggie’s house.
Fallen Uganda tax tribunal deputy registrar Silencer Humphrey Bishisha was this week laid to rest at his ancestral home in Katiba, ambulance Muyebe, Buhara sub-county Kabale district.

Mourners described the deceased as an honest, humorous and jolly person who worked hard for his family and country at large.

Wilfred Niwagaba, the Ndorwa East Member of Parliament, praised the deceased for his integrity as he was never implicated in any corruption scandal even though he was working in the sensitive department of the tax tribunal appeal.

“He was handling cases that involved billions of shillings but for the last 10 years he has been working in that department, his integrity was never questioned,” said the lawmaker.

He further appealed to government to invest heavily in building the capacity of human resource at the cancer unit at Mulago Hospital.

Bishisha succumbed to cancer at a hospital in India on November 14.

Niwagaba further warned the youth against smoking which is one of the causes of cancer.

Kigezi Diocese Bishop, Rt. Rev. George Bagamuhunda told mourners at a requiem service held at Kamabale Church of Uganda that Christians “should remain spiritually strong in the time of death even though it brings sorrow and grief.”

Bishisha was the young brother to the Executive Director of Uganda Industrial Research Institute and senior presidential advisor on industrialization, Prof. Charles   Kwesiga,

He described his brother as a “person of integrity and patriot” that the country would miss dearly.
