Busoga Kingdom is mourning its former Prime Minister William Wilberforce Kiwagama who died on Friday night.

The kingdom spokesperson Andrew Ntange described the death of Mr Kiwagana as a tragedy to Busoga because of his vast experience and knowledge of Busoga issues.
“He has died at the time the Kyabazinga and the whole institution greatly need people of his kind to offer advice for the revival of Busoga’s glory and fame.” he said.
The deceased was also Member of Parliament for Bunya west from the times of constituent assembly to the 7th parliament.
His body is expected in Busoga Lukiiko on Tuesday to recognize his distinguished contribution to the kingdom and later to Mayuge district local council.
