Somalia's Military Warns Against AMISOM Insults

The military court of Somali government on Monday warned people against insulting the soldiers of the Somali national army.

Hassan Mohamed Hussein Mungab, price the Military Court Chief told reporters in Somalia yesterday the government would take strict measures against anyone seen insulting or humiliating a TFG soldier.

A source says some Somalis were publicly ridiculing AMISOM troops, labeling them infidels and aggressors.

The source says this misconduct was likely to demoralize the AMISOM troops in the war-torn region that just jeopardizing operations against the fleeing Al Shabaab.
