Maro Attacked For ‘Stealing’ Song

In an interview with ChimpLyf, Jamo said he approached Maro with a song idea and asked to be advised accordingly.

“The next thing I heard was the song airing on radio and eventually, a video on TV,” Jamo told us.

He added: “Maro duplicated my rhythm and even shot a video. Now I look like the “thief” yet I wrote the song and composed the rhythm.”

Jamo says he has spoken with his promoter Moswa to see how the issue can be resolved but if it fails, he will be taking legal action.

Jamo came to the limelight after he released his Nange Nkalide single that ridicules girls who “drink” their boyfriends’ pockets dry.
