Ugandan Pleads Not Guilty to Linah Keza's Murder

The body of 29-year-old Keza was found at her apartment in Leyton, east London in July last year.

The Rwandan model’s death plunged the country in grief as reports filtered in, showing she was repeatedly stabbed in the chest.

Police would later arrest Gikawa on charges of murder.

At Keza’s memorial service in Kigali, the deceased’s brother, Jack Hodari, remarked: “Linah Tumu Keza, no way, you are not the one lying in that white thing called casket, you are not the one with those ugly marks of stabs on your body (including face).”

Keza’s murder plunged Rwanda in grief

Born in Uganda in 1983, Keza attended Nyagatare Primary School in Rwanda before joining Kigali International Academy and later Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.

From here he left to United Kingdom where she had lived since then.
