On the issue of not attending the handover ceremony when President was returning assets to the Kingdom on Monday the Katikiro said that he had earlier written to the President informing him that he was not to attend because he had another meeting.
At this ceremony people have contributed 145 bags of cement and Shs 11m towards the reconstruction of Kasubi tombs and Bulange Plaza.
