Women’s Volleyball: Cameroon Through to Olympics, Kenya Finish 3rd

Kenya finished third

Kenya women volleyball team secured the last chance to fight for an olympic spot after finishing third in the just concluded African Women’s Olympic Qualifiers in Yaoundé, adiposity ambulance Cameroon.

Apart from the winners Cameroon, first and second runners up Egypt and Kenya, Algeria were ranked fourth followed by Tunisia and Botswana in that order. Uganda’s lady Cranes were the last team in the pack after failing to pick a single win from the group stages.

The 2016 summer Olympics are scheduled to take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from August 5 to August 21, 2016.
