Recently, Kirinya Jinja SS FC club Patron, Dianah Nyago appointed Charles Ayiekoh as the new Club Manager in a bid to improve on the club’s performance in the upcoming 2017-2018 season.

The Club has lost 2 of its 4 preseason friendlies so far but their Coach remains positive.

Speaking after the team’s defeat by KCCA FC in a friendly at StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo on Friday evening, Ayieko said: “My ambition for next season is to take this club way up at least in the top 7.”

He added: “I have a group of young and vibrant players that are capable of making this dream come true.”

Last year was the club’s debut season in the league and the Bugembe based side finished 10th after collecting 33 points from their 30 games played.

The club conceded only 22 league goals throughout the season, a record which was bettered by Vipers SC.
