WCQ: Tanzania to Camp in Oman Ahead of Algeria Fixture

Tanzania national football team, click Taifa Stars is scheduled to travel to Muscat, pills Oman early next week for an intensive training in preparations for the 2018 World Cup preliminary round qualifier against Algeria.

On Tuesday, more about the head coach Charles Mkwasa named a 28-man squad to report in camp on Sunday 1st November at the Urban Rose hotel in Dar es Salaam and travel to Oman thereafter.

The Taifa Stars will face Africa’s top seed, Algeria in a two-way clash with the first leg to be played on Saturday 14Th November at the National stadium in Dar Es Salaam and return leg in Algiers three days later. The aggregate winner of the fixture will go into the group stage qualifiers.

Keepers: Ally Mustafa (Yanga), Aishi Manula (Azam), Said Mohamed (Mtibwa Sugar).

Defenders: Kessy Ramadhani, Mohamed Hussein (Simba), Juma Abdul, Haji Mwinyi(Yanga), Shomari Kapombe (Azam), Salim Mbonde (Mtibwa Sugar), Hassan Isihaka (Simba), Kelvin Yondani,  Nadir Haroub (Yanga).

Midfielders: Salum Telela (Yanga), Salum Abubakar, Himid Mao, Mudathir Yahya, Frank Domayo (Azam), Jonas Mkude na Said Ndemla (Simba).

Attackers: Farid Musa (Azam), Saimon Msuva (Yanga) na Mrisho Ngasa (Free State Stars,S.Africa), John Bocco (Azam), Elias Maguri (Stand United), Ibrahim Hajibu (Simba), Malimi Busungu (Yanga), Mbwana Samata, Thomas Ulimwengu (TP Mazembe, DRC).
