Victoria University Kampala (VU) with support from AVSI Uganda has partnered with Centre for Urban Studies and Research to organize a second Public Dialogue focused on Good Urban Governance and Youth Participation.

VU had earlier in April hosted a public dialogue under the theme ‘Promoting Good Urban Governance in Uganda: Challenges and Opportunities’ where participants discussed and shared how good urban governance and management can be promoted to improve service delivery, reduce urban poverty, improve urban productivity, create jobs for youth and address the challenge of climate change.
This time round, the dialogue will run under the theme ‘Unlocking Youth Potential through ICTs in Good Urban Governance”.
Participants will include Students, youth groups and women groups, civil society organizations, government ministries, departments and agencies, private sector organizations, academicians, political leaders, local governments, NGOs & CBOs and all other interested parties.
