UTL has launched a customer care service via whatsapp

Some of the Cranes players including Hassan Wasswa, Ceasar Okhuti and Kezironi Kizito sustained injuries in the accident.

“We are a telecom company that strives to satisfy and bring the customer closer to us. We always put the customer first and will keep on making it easier for our customers to interact with us,”  UTL’s Brand and Communications manager, Regina Corry said.

She added that since the introduction of Customer Care via whatsapp, the number of people who have added joined the network is tremendous and the responses to inquiries are prompt and immediate.

UTL spokesperson, Tonny Achidria, disclosed that simcard registration is also on going via whatsapp.
