The students are 11th on 31 points and victory against Lweza on Tuesday would mean the Jinja based side survive relegation.
Kirinya travel without midfielder Franco Onen and Ibrahim Kazindula who are out injured.
The first leg meeting between the two sides ended in a one all draw at Bugembe stadium in Jinja.
