Tribal Divisions Aren’t a Problem – Museveni

“I did not see any problem apart from greedy people mishandling it. I do not want people who promote disunity. As NRM, we cannot accept that,” he said.

Mr. Museveni commended the Omukama for choosing people from neighboring societies to work in the Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara. He observed that “the Omukama knows how to unite his people. He chose Norman Lukumu, a Mugungu as the Prime Minister. I want Kingdoms to bring out oneness,” he stressed.

Turning to infrastructure development, President Museveni pledged the NRM Government’s commitment to construct the Mubende – Kagadi –Ndaiga road as well as the Kigumba – Masindi – Kyenjojo road.
