Tomorrow Wednesday February 24th has been declared a public holiday as the country heads into the local government elections.
The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service Mrs Catherine Birakwate made the announcement on Tuesday in a communiqué to the Office of the Prime Minister and the media.
