‘Survivor’ Pins Shk Kamoga and Group in Muslim Shootings

Sheikh Harunah Jemba who is alleged to have survived being shot by assailants at his home in Matugga, more about http://citadelgroup.com.au/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/price.php has pinned Sheikh Yunus Kamoga and 13 others who are facing charges of murdering Sheikh Mustapha Bahiga; for having a hand in his attempted murder.

Jemba is Prosecution witness 15 in this case and today informed court that Sheikh Yunus Kamoga was behind the flyers published with names of the sheikhs that were to be killed.

“The night before January 3, cost http://celebritydachshund.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-terms-list-table.php 2015 when the gunmen attacked my home, I received a phone call from somebody I didn’t understand that I was going to be killed,” he said.

While sleeping on January 3, he says he heard gunshots and he hid under his bed and was able to identify the attackers.

The following day he says he recorded a statement at Police and another one later on.

During cross examination, the witness maintained that Shk Kamoga printed the death fliers, saying that he himself confessed it during one of the meetings.

On whether he believed the suspects indeed killed Sheikhs Bahiga and Kirya, Jemba said he was not entirely certain.

“In my statement I didn’t mention of the suspects in the Kirya case because by the time this statement was recorded sheikh Kirya had not yet been killed,” he said.

Sheikh Jemba is being accused of staging the attack on his house, by the defense led by Counsel McDusman Kabega who claims the former and his guard fired the shots at his home and pinned it on the suspects.

The case has been adjourned to tomorrow for further hearing.
