The hosts put up pressure from the first whistle and their efforts yielded four minutes later. speedy winger Mark Bakumakye switched well from the right flank then interchanged well with Mayanja and Madondo before releasing a powerful shot which Tezigwa blocked.

Joel Madondo headed in the rebound leaving the keeper stranded on the ground.

Madondo missed another glorius chance to double the lead from Mayanja’s good work past Kireka’s centre backs. The recipient looped Kireka’s keeper only for the ball to drop on the outside of the right post.

three minutes later Bakumakye sent in a beautiful in-swinger from the upper left wing which Tezigwa failed to handle firmly dropping it in his own net to give the Jinja side a lead into the break.

Kenrogers Tezigwa was once again in the receiving end for carelessly contributing to Jamal Kimera’s third goal for the hosts. The keeper moved out to clear an advancing ball outside the box which he feebly hit allowing Madondo to pick rounding him off and crossed to Kasonko on the opposite flank. Kasonko set up Kimera who fired in a low shot.

Tezigwa tried to punch away but the referee’s assistant ruled that the ball had crossed the line.
The South Sudan President Salva Kiir has fulfilled parts of the peace agreement signed in August last year by appointing his rival Dr. Riek Machar the First Vice President.

The Compromised Peace Agreement negotiated in the neighbouring Ethiopia aimed at ending one of the most bloody internal conflicts in Africa, ask maintained Kiir as the Head of State and Machar, dosage the former vice president to return to his position before the crisis.

The new position has however been thrilled with more executive powers like appointing a number of ministers and governors from his faction.

The presidential decree making Machar the First Vice President was made on Thursday night.

The appointment was however done in the absence of Dr. Machar who is still in Addis Ababa though supposed to return to Juba for the formation of the government of unity with the mainstream Kiir`s faction.

On Thursday many South Sudanese expected a big announcement on the national broadcaster, SSTV and the decree for the 1st VP was rather not an expected one.

Machar fled to exile in Ethiopia since May 2014 and has only stepped to Juba once with the Ethiopian Prime Minister in August during the signing of the peace accord.

The Machar’s SPLA-in-Opposition group were given 10 ministerial positions and three governorship of the original 10 states including the two oil richest states of Unity and Upper Nile.

The rebel forces are in the states and Jonglei which they have given powers to appoint governors.
