Shaban Out, Okwi in as Micho Releases Squad for Eastern Regional Tour

On form SC Villa striker Emmanuel Okwi will have another shot at the national team after he was included in a 23-man team that will face Eastern regional select side in Kamuli on Sunday.

The striker has been in fine form scoring seven goals for the Jogoos since joining last month.

Onduparaka’s captain Muhammad Shaban has been sidelined due to an injury while Proline marksman Nelson Senkatuuka has been summoned.

The team will train at Namboole on Friday and travel to Kamuli on Saturday.

This is the second time the cranes visit Eastern Region after sharing Spoils last year in Mbale.
