The newly elected Busiro South Mp Peter Sematimba and his rival Stephen Sekigozi have failed to settle their differences out of court.
After Ssematimba was declared a winner of the parliamentary seat, help http://centrodelasartesslp.gob.mx/home/wp-includes/script-loader.php one of the aspirants Stephen Ssekigozi filed an application to court challenging his victory.
The two had mutual talks out of court which were mediated by high court registrar Alex Ajiji, erectile but failed to reach an agreement and each insisted not to change his earlier position.
Ssekigozi says he can only withdraw his petition only when Ssematimba rescinds his fraudulent victory.
However Ssematimba maintains it that he is a winner of the election and he was democratically elected by the people.
The Registrar has referred the case back to Justice Lydia Mugambe for hearing on Wednesday this week.
