“Away from the excitement, I have to do a lot this season to maintain what I have started. I need to score more goals with consistency for the good of the team.”

Career

Segujja started his career in 2011-12 at Luzira united in the first division before joining Sadolin Paints the next season while in Big League.

He was among the pioneer players for the painters in their first season in topflight where he scored five goals and numerous assists helping the team to survive.

The soft spoken marksman crossed over to Bright Stars at the beginning of this season with high hopes.

“I need to be a top scorer or among the best strikers in the league, to attract the national team coach even if for the local Namutiima games and later to go professional,” Segujja summed.
