Rukungiri: 10 Factory Workers Remanded for Murder

The Rukungiri grade one magistrates court has remanded 10 men, illness http://dejanmilutinovic.com/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/import-xml.php all workers of Kagogo Coffee Factory over murder.

Court presided by the Peace Elizabeth Lamunu heard that on 18th May 2016 Julius Ndyamuhika 22, http://croxtontechnology.com/components/com_k2/templates/default/item.php Nicholas Ndyabahika 22, Edison Byabagambi 37, Dezi Turyatemba 25, Jonan Mucunguzi 24, Peter Mugyenyi20, Ambrose Niwagaba 38, Naboth Akandwanaho 19, Moses Namanya18, Ronald Twinomujuni 22 and Alfred Sunday 16, Davis Amanya 15, Ronald Turyagyenda 15 all workers of Kagogo Coffee Factory are suspected to have murdered Joel Sigirenda and also tried to kill one Emmanuel Twesigye.

When read the charges, the accused collectively pleaded not guilty and were remanded till 20th July 2016 when their case will come up for mention.

The magistrate Lamunu sent the three juveniles that were charged with the ten; Alfred Sunday 16, Amanya Davis 15 and Ronald Turyagyenda 15 to Rukungiri central police station where they will have more access to their families.

Peter Kyomuhendo the Rukungiri resident state attorney said that police is still pushing the investigations.
