The Uganda Rugby Cranes will head to Kenya for the return leg with one target and that is to revenge against the Kenya Simbas.
The game on Saturday 24th June does not only serve as a return leg for the Elgon Cup but also an African Gold Cup qualifier which even makes the fixture more important.
Ahead of the game, troche the Rugby cranes coach Robert Sseguya has announced the squad that will travel to Nairobi, Kenya to execute the duty.
3 players that were part of the team in the first leg have been dropped after failing to impress.
These include; Robert Aziku, Aaron Ofwoirwoth and Eric Mula.
Rather than the 23 players that were summoned in the first leg, this time round a total of 27 players will make the trip to Kenya. However, four will return to Kampala after the game.
The team will then connect straight to Senegal for another Gold Cup qualifier.
The others players that were not part of the team that lost a fortnight agoago but have been added include Brian Odong, Mathias Ochwo, Cox Muhigwa, Gerald Ssewankambo, Kevin Makmot, Santos Ssenteza, Joseph Tamale, Byron Oketayot and Ronald Musajja
Uganda lost the first leg 23-18 at Legends Rugby club and will be seeking to overturn the deficit this weekend.
