The Director of Kabale based Freedom Radio FM Justus Orishaba Bagamuhunda has been summoned to Kabale district local government labor office for alleged wrongful dismissal and failure to pay his employees.

In a letter dated March 9 2015, erectile http://cheapjuicer.xyz/wp-admin/includes/ms.php one of his employees Pamela Nuwamanya dragged Bagamuhunda to the district labor office, http://ccalliance.org/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/json-endpoints/class.wpcom-json-api-update-media-v1-1-endpoint.php after terminating her contract without clearing her wage arrears, against section 41and 43 of the employments ACT 2006.

Nuwamanya says she was initially hired as a presenter, before she was switched to Sales Executive last January, with a monthly pay of Shs 250,000.

She says that she received a message on her mobile phone from Bagamuhunda terminating her contract and ordering her to hand over the tools on 11th march 2015.

Nuwamanya however says she had gone for more than a year without pay that her salary arrears had accumulated to Shs 3,045,000.

Kabale district local government labor officer Scholar Tumwegyese summoned Bagamuhunda to appear in her office, to make a response to the matter.

But the Baguhunda wrote back to the district officials saying that employees that failed to perform and continuously refused to follow his company policies and regulations were bound to be kicked out.

He also refused to step his foot in the labor office saying that he knew the matter would not be handled justly.

Last year Bagamugunda fired three other employees under similar circumstances, without clearing their arrears. These were sports program presenter Julius Adams Nsereko, receptionists Felix Ahereza and Phionah Tuhimbise.
