Pool: Jinja’s Roniz Aims at Promotion as Hotpool Stem Fight for Ultimate Prize

Alex Kutosi starred as a resurgent Roniz pool club registered a third consecutive victory in the national pool division one league over the weekend away to Upper Volta in Kampala.

The Jinja side that is still steadily rebuilding after relegation has one aim now to win back promotion this season.

“Our aim is to be in the top league next season and that can only come with hard work which brings good performances both home and away.”

Roniz won 14-11 just after shooting down Police 22-3 in Jinja a week before.
