Addressing a weekly news conference in Kampala, viagra buy police spokesperson Andrew Felix  Kaweesi told journalists that as part  of their week-long  police week activities, sickness they will launch the program that will enable them profile all households right from villages plus  creating watch-lists for hard core criminals.

“We shall use all relevant authorities to get data,”Kaweesi said on Monday. “This is part of the police philosophy shifting from being reactive to proactive in a bid to motivate, evaluate, rectify and also build systems with in the police force.”

The police mouthpiece who also doubles as the Director in charge of Human Resource Development noted that there is a problem where most houses and roads don’t have names and numbers which he said makes it difficult to trace criminals adding that the new system of profiling households would help in fight against crime.

Kaweesi said that through the system of the neighborhood watch, the onus would be on everyone to know their neighbors on top of a list of all people who live in an area kept at the nearby police station to be used in case of any crimes.

“They (people) can also be able to access records of their neighbors at police stations if need arises for the security and good of everybody. We shall use these lists to identify criminals through the crime preventers and our intelligence officers,” the police publicist added.

“It will also help us follow up on cases in a bid to fight crime in the country.”
