The Ugandan Parliament on Saturday extraordinarily bagged all the balling trophies at the East African Parliamentary Games that have been going on in the Kenyan coastal town of Mombasa.
The first victory was registered by the female legislators at Makande indoors stadium.
The Ugandan female MPs beat all the teams in the netball tournament and trounced their Tanzanian counterparts in the final with a comfortable score of 38 against 29 for the East Africa’s biggest country by land mass.

Meanwhile in football the male MPs are the champions after thumping Burundi.
The final at Mbaraka stadium was seen as the toughest game as no score was registered by any team in 90 minutes two halves.
The two teams were customarily sent in for penalties where Uganda again emerged victorious after scoring 8 goals against Burundi’s 7 goals.
