Thecla Nakafero, the organiser of the fun-filled event, said it brought together different beer brands under one roof to show case their products.
“We felt it was important to have such an event for the people of Kampala as it offers a unique group of people an opportunity to stroll to the different tents and have a taste of their favourite beer brands without hustling,” she added.
Majority of participants were western expatriates living in Kampala.
Despite the poor weather, Ugandan partiers guzzled their drinks as they walked through the muddy grounds.
As they sampled from different brews and food, revellers were treated to live entertainment by Kampala’s finest Deejays who rolled out hot RnB, local and Hip Hop music.
