On arrival, most of the Parliamentary staff abandon their offices to watch the self styled ghetto president.

On 29th last month, Bobi won the parliamentary seat in a landslide victory after sweeping 77.7 percent of the votes.

He defeated the candidates of two political giants; President Museveni and Dr. Besigye as NRM and FDC combined failed to raise even 20 percent of votes.
