Paidha Black Angels emerged 2-0 winners against Entente Ngote FC

Big league club from Zombo District, more about Paidha Black Angels is back in the country following a triumphant trip to neighbouring DR Congo on Thursday where they played Entente Ngote FC in Buna.

Trialist Akbar Khemis boosted his chances of joining the club with a fine first half strike.

Jackson Nsubuga doubled and sealed the lead in the second half.

“The team had a superb performance in Congo and we hope to build on that during our preparations to the next season, ” Paidha Black Angels PRO Badru Toko told ChimpSport.

“The match was part of the 56th independence celebrations in the boarder country. Its also in solidarity with our players Pithua, Gayo and others who base in Congo.”

The team will resume duty on July 5th with trials to identify a few relevant additions to boost up the squad ahead of the 2016-17 big league season.

Possible friendlies.

Rest of the team will regroup on July 10th and are expected to play Congolese sides B52 and TP lions, newly promoted big league side Doves all-stars FC from Arua, Bright Light fc lira.

Topflight side KCCA FC, URA FC are among others also expected to visit Paidha town for a couple of buildup matches.
