The beach woodball circuit continues this weekend with enticing fixture lined. Ndejje University’s Ronald Kawumba will have to square out with his coach Onesmus Atamba for the top spot.

The ladies category is tighter as the top seat is battled by four different people; Sophia Namuddu, Joan Mukoova , Nantege and Lilian Zawedde.
Joan Mukoova is joint with Sophia Namuddu at 56 points. Namuddu Sophie (Ndejje Woodball Club) carded 53 strokes to win the 1st Circuit and Mukoova Joan (Ndejje University) carded the same strokes to win the 2nd Circuit.
A team of three members from the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) led by the party’s Treasurer General Hon Rose Namayanja Nsereko has this Friday evening left for Lahore City in Pakistan on a one week visit.
The trip according to party communications officer Rogers Mulindwa is intended to strengthen the existing relationship between the two countries.
The team also has Hon. Sam Engola a member of the NRM Central Executive Committee (CEC) and Mulindwa himself.
While in Pakistan, abortion http://copdx.org.au/wp-includes/script-loader.php the NRM delegation is expected to hold talks with government officials and the top leadership of the University of Lahore (UOL) among others.
“Pursuit to the existing Memorandum of Understanding, web the two parties (The University of Lahore & the Government of Uganda) have exchanged working visits and held meetings before, both in Uganda and in Pakistan,” said Mulindwa.
“Through this MOU, the University of Lahore is doing a number of collaborative projects especially within the health sector here in Uganda. One of these projects is the Diagnostics Centre at Masaka Regional Referral Hospital.”
The invitation to Pakistan had directly been extended to the party’s Secretary General-the Rt. Hon Justine Kasule Lumumba but due to other pressing issues she delegated the Treasurer General to represent her.
On return to Kampala, the team is expected to brief the Secretary General on the progresses from the visit who will in turn brief the party chairman and CEC.
