The Kampala district returning officer Charles Ntege has been dragged before the High Court for allegedly falsifying the Kampala Central mayoral election results to the benefit of DP’s Charles Musoke Sserunjogi.

Nsegumire accuses Ntege of conspiring with Sserunjogi to chase him and his supporters from the tally center at UMA grounds, there http://codigoweb.co/wp-includes/author-template.php Lugogo so that he could falsify the results from 13, viagra order 383 votes to 13,717 votes upon which he ( Serunjogi) was declared winner.
Through his lawyers of Turinawe, Kamba and company advocates, Nsegumire also accuses Serunjogi of making false accusations of grabbing the Youths’ land at Bombo road where he allegedly constructed his own house.
He says the said statements made voters to shun him on the Election Day since they were made up during campaign period.
Nsegumire now wants court to nullify Serunjogi’s election and declare him as the Kampala Central division mayor, claiming to have garnered 15,981 votes against Serunjogi’s 13,383.
Ntege, the Electoral Commission and Serunjogi have been given 10 days by the Court’s registrar Alex Ajiji with in which to defend themselves.
