Nile Pool Championships: Stars Through to Regional Finals

The national pool championship final will be played in October at Lugogo

The 2016 Nile Special National Open Pool Championship has entered the middle stages with the sixth mini qualifying rounds completed over the weekend at various venues around the country.

Several stars went through tough nights to qualify for the regional finals. In the city, viagra Ronald Kizito a former Kampala Open Champion went through at the Mukusu Bar in Rubaga Road.

The Maga pool star has always opted to challenge from Mubende district due to high level of competition but this time he had change of mind.

“Sometimes better players need to go past good Players in the Qualifiers. I believed Jacaranda shall host a number of Cream players in the Regionals and i want to be part of them for a ride.” Kizito told PAU media.

Other players who qualified at Mukusu bar include Tusubila molo, visit this Julius Kamwesigye and Clovice Tusiime.

Meanwhile in Mbale, visit this David Bajje was the talk of town after emerging with the best record from Thatch Gardens Mbale. He qualified together with Bosco Kibeti, Collins Nduga, Eugene Othieno.

The first regional finals cue off at Club Klein in Nyendo, Masaka and will run throughout the PAU regions. The Mbale finals will take place at sports club On Saturday 14th October.
