Uganda U21 netball team continued with the good run in the Africa youth championship overcoming Zambia in their 2nd game played at the UB sports Dome in Gaborone Botswana.
The Baby She Cranes came into the game at the back of a 47-26 win over Namibia on Monday.
They came from 14-10 down at halftime to beat the Zambians 28-22 after the final whistle.
The Zambians controlled the first two quarters but gave in after Uganda scored nine goals in each of the last two sets.
In the other games of the day South Africa won their third straight game beating Botswana 66-33 as Zimbabwe white washed Lesotho 88-13.
The baby She-Cranes will be back in action on Wednesday against st Lesotho from 3pm.
Hosts Botswana have already qualified for next year’s Netball world youth championships as hosts.
