The Ugandans opened up the game with an 18-2 margin in the first quarter before registering highest score per quarter so far with 25-4 goals towards half time.
They had previously overcome Zambia 47-26 in the second game on Tuesday.
The game ended 87-11 in great advantage for Uganda following an impressive 21-3 and 23-2 in the third and last quarters respectively.
Lesotho who are proving to be tournament minnows lost their first game of the day 56-11 to Zambia.
Zimbabwe defeated Malawi 52-23 as Botswana registered 46-36 win over their neighbours Namibia.
Five matches are lined up on Thursday with Cranes set for a double header against Botswana at 1pm and later in Zimbabwe in the last match of the day at 7pm.
