Our Saviour basketball team finally returned to winning ways after picking a hard fought win over Ndejje University angels at the YMCA outdoor court on Sunday.

The Kikoni based side registered their first win since the start of the second round after going on a six game losing streak.

Our Saviour inspired by Martin Kelly and Chuma took the first quarter 18-13 while the two sides had 10 points apiece but the former took a 28-23 at halftime.

Ndejje returned recharged after recess and took the third quarter 20-12 but Our Saviour held to claim the final quarter 18-09 to win the game 58-52.

Chuma led the scores with a game high 15 points while David added 12 points for Our Saviour.

Innocent Odom had a team high 12 points for Ndejje University angels.
