Muslim Clashes: Three Remanded Back to Luzira

Three people accused of beating up a one Yahaya Ssegujja, no rx http://cyancdesign.com/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-control.php one of the Muslims at the William Street Mosque in Kampala have been charged with engaging in acts intended to cause grievous harm.

The accused are Musa Muzaifa a business man, http://ccsa.edu.sv/ccsa/components/com_k2/views/item/tmpl/item_comments_form.php Hamis Matovu a Cobbler and Manisoor Lubwama a business man.

The victim Ssegujja claims that the trio attacked and beat him up, critically injuring his genitals.

Prosecution alleges that the three and others at large on 23rd October 2015 at Masgid Noor William Street Kampala District with intent to disable Segujja Yahaya unlawfully wounded him

Appearing before Buganda Road chief magistrate Jamson Karemani, the accused denied all charges.

The defense counsel Mayanja Twaha thus asked court to allow him submit a bail application for all the
accused persons.

The Magistrate however adjourned the matter to tomorrow when the bail application will be heard and sent the accused back to Luzira. .

The trio was first remanded to Luzira Prison on 10th June 2016 byBuganda Road grade one magistrate Esther Nahirya who referred the matter to the chief magistrate due to the seriousness of the matter.
