The Plenary, during the two weeks, will handle among others; The Report of the Committee on Regional Affairs and Conflict Resolutions on issues raised with respect to the African Peace and Security Architecture (APSA) Programme and the Report of the Committee on Legal, Rules and Privileges on Procurement of Health/Group Life Insurance for East African Community (EAC) Staff will as well be discussed.
It will also handle the Report of the Committee on Communication, Trade and Investments on the status of the Railway Infrastructure Development in the EAC Partner states and The EAC Gender Equality and Development Bill.
The Speaker of EALA, Rt. Hon. Daniel Kidega, will address be a press conference on Monday, 16th January 2017 in the Members Lounge at the Parliament of Uganda at 9.00 am.
