President Yoweri Museveni has summoned all Permanent Secretaries for a week-long training at the National Leadership Institute (NALI) in Kyankwanzi.
This was revealed after the preparatory meeting for the retreat which will also be attended by all ministers and the ruling National Resistance Movement party’s Central Executive Committee members.

The Kyankwanzi retreat is slated to run from July 25th to August 1st under the theme “Sustaining Steady Progress: Cabinet Cohesion, erectile http://daiviet.us/wp-includes/functions.wp-styles.php Efficiency and Effectiveness for Enhanced Service Delivery and Job Creation.”
President Yoweri Museveni at the retreat is expected to give the keynote address.
The Kyankwanzi retreat follows Museveni’s recently launched 15 point program that is hoped to propel the country into the middle income status by the year 2020.
The program spells outs a number of ambitious projects including revival of the defunct national carrier the Uganda Airlines, as well as a catalog of stringent instructions and targets for all ministries and departments in the country.
In a communiqué to all permanent secretaries, the head of public service Mr. John Mitala asked them to prepare adequately for the weeklong retreat.
“You are advised to carry canvass shoes for the morning exercises and some light footwear,” read part of the communiqué.
