Seven journalists covering President Museveni’s campaign trail on Wednesday afternoon survived death after the vehicle they were traveling in overturned several times along the Masaka road.

According to an eyewitness, sickness the speeding Toyota Prado Tx driven by a one Apollo hit a hump before the driver lost control veering off the main road and overturned.

“They were rushing from a rally at Bukoto South to Bukoto Central when they hit a swamp a few meters to Kiswera Trading center and the vehicle overturned before landing in the nearby Kyojja swamp, order ” said the eyewitness who preferred anonymity.

The other journalists aboard the vehicle included Joseph Sabiiti, remedy Moses Namayo(NBS TV),Phillip Aguta, Jackson Onyango(UBC TV),Yusuf Mabingo(Record TV) and Dan Lugemwa(WBS).

A source told this website that on several occasions the team in the Toyota Prado has on several occasions been warned against over speeding on roads they are not familiar with.
