Former Cranes midfield maestro Musa Mudde who has been playing his trade at 13-time Kenya premier league giants Afc Leopards is now a new member of coastal side Bandari Fc. The former Simba SC player terminated his contract with the ailing club and signed a one and a half year contract with Bandari Fc.

Musa Mudde joins Lawrence Kasadha, website Andrew Waisswa and George Abege, the three other Ugandans at the Kenya ports Authority funded team.

“He is an experienced player and a very good man at the midfield. We have had problems in the department (midfielder) and that’s why the coach suggested we approach the Ugandan to help us. Since he was free, we roped him in,” Bandari Technical Director Edward Oduor revealed.

Afc Leopards have been suffering from financial constraints after their main sponsors Mumias Sugar pulled out leading to players going months without salary. Recently, former SC Villa striker Karim Ndugwa had to offer himself in goal since the team couldn’t make a full squad with all keepers missing. Ndugwa is also rumored to be club searching due to the similar reasons.
