Police in Mbarara has recovered three bodies in Mwizi, sick http://chelseamamma.co.uk/wp-admin/includes/nav-menu.php Rwampara sub county, following escalated land wrangles in the area.

One Kabigumira Pauson was found dead at his home yesterday morning, suspected to have been killed by his neighbor Turyatunga Patrick.

The body, discovered by a minor at daybreak, left residents angrily searching for the suspect, who was later, captured and murdered by the mob.

The police doctor said the body had started to decompose and could have been killed about three days ago.

One Karimunda Edward, a brother to the late Pauson is detained at Mbarara central police station to help police in the investigations.

Residents further revealed that Paulson and Patrick were slated to appear before the magistrate court in Mbarara to hear their final verdict on their land case, before they met their deaths.

The LC 1 chairman Mugisha Charles while speaking to Chimpreports, blamed police’s delayed intervention to stop the residents from murdering the suspect Patrick in cold blood at Rigombya-ngoma, Mwizi Rwampala Mbarara district.

“The angry residents attacked his mother’s residence, smashed the house and as Patrick escaped, people caught him and beat him to death” Charles said

Police further recovered another dead body in Ngugo Bugamba Sub County in Rwampala Mbarara district.

One Katebarirwe Moses a peasant in Ngugo Rwampala was stubbed to death late at night on 28th April 2015.

An eyewitness Rwabishiri Wilson told our reporter that he found Moses wailing for help in a pool of blood.

Matsiko, 18years a suspect in the matter who is known to be a drug addict used a knife to stub Moses in the chest to death.

Chairman LC1 Posiyano Sabiti told journalists that he was telephoned late at night by the brother‘s victim Nassan, saying that his brother has been murdered.

OC CID Mbarara central police station Ibanda David condemned the acts, requesting the public to report such cases to the authorities instead of taking the matters into their hands.

“Resolve such issues with your LC 1 chairpersons instead of carrying out mob justice” David said
