MPs Irked by Misuse of Government Computers in Secondary Schools

MPs were unhappy with the under-utilization of government computers

The Parliamentary Committee on ICT has cautioned Heads of Secondary Schools and their staff in Kagadi District against improper use of the donated computers by the government.

The caution was sounded by the committee Chairperson and Mp Rubabo Constituency (Rukungiri) Mary Paula Turyahikayo while leading a ten member delegation on a tour of various Universal Secondary Schools in Kagadi District on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Mp, Buyaga West County Barnabas Tinkasimire tasked school administrations to optimally utilize the computers, noting that only government will feel the urge of sending in more computers.
