News coming in indicate that FDC spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has been arrested.
FDC officials told ChimpReports on Thursday morning that Nganda was picked today by police before being taken to an unknown destination.

She said Ssemujju was participating in the opening of Kiira Municipality FDC office.
Police publicist Fred Enanga said he was in Mbale and unable to give an immediate and authoritative comment on the alleged incident.
He referred this website to his deputy Polly Namaye who was not readily available for comment.
Ssemujju this week announced FDC’s plans to conduct a series of activities including opening district offices and selecting candidates for various 2016 elective positions.
