“I have never been in financial dealings whatsoever with the two and I have never received any pay or cheque from Express Logistics or its agent,” part of Otto’s letter reads.
Otto wants investigations launched into the matter and the source of the fake cheque to be established.
“The purpose of this letter is to therefore to request you to institute investigation into the source of the document and who is responsible of spreading such harmful propaganda and further find out

Otto became a target of assault on social media when he attacked the wife of FDC party founder, Winnie Byanyima over her involvement in Kanyamunyu bail application.
