Nakawa MP Michael Kabaziguruka is expected to recover from a grisly fracture he sustained from a motor accident he was involved in Sunday Morning.
The MP, now admitted at Kampala Hospital suffered a double fracture in his right leg, after a car he was driving had a head on collision along Jinja Road.
The vehicle, a Toyota Hiace Ambulance registration number UAP 236P which the MP was driving collided with a Hyundai, number UBA 083X near UMA show ground in Lugogo.
The MP’s assistant who spoke to Chimpreports anonymously at the hospital denied earlier reports that he had been amputated.
“He is okay, he is expected to recover,” she said.
According to reports, Kabaziguruka had just purchased the ambulance for his Nakawa constituents.
