Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic has on Monday named a squad of 18 players that will play against neighbours Kenya in a friendly game.

The game will be played on Thursday this week in Machakos after the initial venue(Nyayo stadium) was ruled out following the renovations going on at the stadium ahead of the 2017 CHAN tournament.
There are several players that return to the national team after long spells away. Emmanuel Okwi who scored in the regional tour game on Sunday will be the main target man alongside Geoffrey Sserunkuma.
Brian Majwega who had a great performance against Mamelodi Sundowns returns to the team for the first time since 2015.
The other returnees include Habib Kavuma and Crizestom Ntambi who plies his trade at Jimma Abia in Ethiopia.
There are also new faces on the team. Viper’s duo of Milton Karisa and Moses Waiswa have earned their maiden calls on the national team.
Only Six foreign based players have been summoned and all expected to join the team in Kenya. The rest of the team are expected to move to Kenya on Tuesday.
