Mbarara’s Singing Couple Rekindle Love

However, Byakwaso quashed the utterances saying that the construction works would not start until late February this year and that they are to end in June, just before the close of the financial year.

He further advised that residents of Kabale remain calm since the Authority had made thoughtful considerations regarding the stretch noting that a contractor had already been procured to do the job.

This comes at a time after Kabale Municipal Council unanimously resolved to hold a peaceful demonstration this month in case the construction works did not kick off.

Kabale Municipality Mayor, Dr. Pius Ruhemurana has however told this website that the council will not rest their plan until the works are completed.

The singing power couple separated back in 2013 after a disagreement that they had had for many years. Charity who is currently a presenter at TV West had left their marital home with their two sons (aged 8 and 10) and had since then resorted to a low profile.

Sister Charity and Rasta Charz had been more than husband and wife as they had become inseparable music partners who had produced a number of hits that shook the entire region and beyond including, Pen Yangye, Kawini, and Grade.

ChimpLyf sources in Mbarara indicate that since the start of 2015, the two have been seen together everywhere they go and that they are even planning to release a make-up album.
