RIP: OC Traffic Mbarara Enid Kabamanye in her office early this year

Mbarara Police are grieving the death of their own officer Enid Kabamanye who passed away on Saturday morning.

Kabamanye who was the Officer in Charge of Traffic at Mbarara Central Police Station succumbed to Hypertension at Mbarara Referral Hospital.

She was admitted at the hospital in critical condition on Thursday morning.

Kabamanye, hospital was a resident of Bugamba Rwampara in Mbarara district and had served in Mbarara Municipality for 3 years having been transferred from Ntungamo.

According to her colleagues, shop the deceased fainted while on duty and was admitted at Mbarara referral hospital where she regained her breath.

By the time of her death, online she at around 2PM was set for an urgent operation.

The body of Nalongo Kabamanye was prayed for on Saturday afternoon at All Saints Church Mbarara and will be buried on Sunday at her home in Bugamba, Rwampara. She has left 3 children in her late 40s.

Mbarara District Police Commander Jaffar Magezi told Chimpreports that the entire police fraternity in Mbarara was in shock.
